1. This agreement

Flow Testing is a no-code platform for building and running Playwright end-to-end tests, operated by Francisco Gómez, an individual established in Colombia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are using Flow Testing for an employer or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf, and "you" then means both you and that organisation.

3. Your account

  • Give us an email address you control, and keep it current — we use it for verification, run reports and billing notices.
  • Keep your password and session confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • Do not share one account across a team in order to avoid plan limits. Seats are per person.
  • Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. The service is in beta

Flow Testing is in open beta. Features may change, be renamed or be withdrawn; behaviour may change between deployments; and there is no uptime commitment or service level agreement. We deploy frequently and occasionally something will break.

Do not make Flow Testing the only gate in a release process you cannot afford to have blocked. Export your flows — the exporters for JSON and Playwright are there precisely so you are never locked in.

5. Plans, runs and limits

  • Free — $0 per month, 10 test runs per month, unlimited flows, the visual builder, cross-browser Playwright runs and the trace viewer.
  • Pro — $30 per month, 200 test runs per month, plus reusable sub-flows, the AI agents, scheduled runs with email reports, the stress and load testing module, and priority support.

A "run" is one execution of a flow, whether you start it manually or a schedule starts it. Runs that fail because of a defect on our side are not counted against your allowance; runs that fail because your test or your application failed are counted, since the work was performed.

The pricing section on our home page is the authoritative source for current prices and limits. Where it differs from the figures above, the pricing page governs. We may change pricing, and will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects an existing paid subscription.

When you reach your monthly limit, further runs are blocked until the period resets or you upgrade. Your flows and data remain accessible.

6. Billing, renewal and refunds

Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller for the transaction, collects payment, and handles sales tax, VAT and GST where it applies. Your card details are given to them, not to us. Their terms and refund handling apply to the payment itself alongside this section, and your receipt and invoices come from them.

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds: if you are unhappy with a paid plan, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, no justification needed. After 14 days we do not refund part-used months, though we will always look at a genuine billing error.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy where required, and your bank may add currency conversion costs we do not control.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it keeps failing, downgrade the account to Free. We will email you before that happens.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer under your local law.

7. Acceptable use

Flow Testing drives a real browser against real systems, and the stress module can generate substantial load. That makes this section the most important one in these terms.

Only test systems you own or have written authorisation to test. Running automated tests, and especially load or stress tests, against infrastructure you do not have permission to test may be a criminal offence in your jurisdiction and in the one where the target is hosted. You are solely responsible for holding that authorisation, and we expect you to be able to produce it.

You must not use Flow Testing to:

  • Generate load against a third party's systems without their documented permission, or use the stress module in any way that amounts to a denial-of-service attack.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access, including credential stuffing, brute-forcing login forms or testing stolen credentials.
  • Scrape or harvest data at scale from sites you do not operate, or circumvent rate limits, CAPTCHAs, bot protection or paywalls on third-party sites.
  • Build flows that create spam accounts, submit fraudulent forms, manipulate voting, pricing or ticketing systems, or automate purchases in breach of another site's terms.
  • Process illegal content, or personal data you have no lawful basis to process, through the service.
  • Attack, probe, overload or reverse engineer Flow Testing itself, or try to escape the test execution environment.
  • Resell or white-label the service as your own product without a written agreement with us.
  • Use the service to build a directly competing product, or benchmark it for publication without telling us first.

We may suspend a flow, a schedule or an account immediately and without notice where we reasonably believe this section is being breached, and we will cooperate with a lawful request from a target of abuse originating from our platform.

8. Your content

Your flows, projects, secrets, test data and run artifacts remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the limited licence we need to operate the service: to store, process, transmit, execute and display your content so the product works for you, and to produce backups. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that age out on their normal cycle.

We do not use your test content to train our own models. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the lawfulness of the data your tests touch.

9. AI features

The planner, generator and healer agents use large language models from Anthropic or OpenAI, either on our account or on your own key if you supply one.

  • AI output is a suggestion, not a verified result. It can be wrong, can produce a selector that matches the wrong element, and can "heal" a step into something that silently no longer tests what you intended. Review what it generates.
  • A passing AI-generated test is not evidence that your application is correct.
  • If you supply your own API key, your use of that model is governed by your own agreement with that provider, and their costs are yours.
  • Do not put secrets or real personal data into prompts. Use the secrets vault.

10. Our intellectual property

The Flow Testing platform, its interface, the node system, the name and the branding are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not any ownership of it. Playwright and the other open-source components we build on remain under their own licences.

11. Feedback

If you send us an idea, a bug report or a feature request, we may act on it freely and without obligation to you. We will not treat it as your confidential information, so do not send us something you need kept secret. We are happy to credit you if you ask.

12. Third-party services

The service depends on providers including Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy, PostHog, Google and the AI providers named above. Their outages, changes or decisions can affect Flow Testing, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. The Privacy Policy lists what each one receives.

13. What the service does not guarantee

Flow Testing is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In particular, and stated plainly:

  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any given moment.
  • We do not warrant that a test will catch every defect in your application. A green run does not mean your software works. Automated end-to-end testing reduces risk; it does not remove it.
  • We do not warrant that a self-healed or AI-generated test still tests what you originally intended.
  • We are not responsible for a release you shipped, or did not ship, on the strength of a Flow Testing result.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of a defect that reached production.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$50. If you are on the Free plan, that cap is US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, and in particular from any claim that you tested, loaded or accessed a system without authorisation, or processed personal data unlawfully through the service.

16. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using Flow Testing and delete your account at any time from settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Except for a clear abuse case under section 7, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right.
  • We may discontinue the service as a whole. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, refund any prepaid period you have not used, and keep the exporters working so you can take your flows with you.
  • On termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections 8, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 18 survive.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top reflects the current version. For a material change we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund any unused prepaid period.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and the competent courts of Colombia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence or to rely on the mandatory consumer protection law there.

Before starting proceedings, please email us — most disputes are a misunderstanding that one message resolves.

19. General

  • If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • Our not enforcing a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not assign this agreement without our consent. We may assign it as part of a transfer of the business, on notice to you.
  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the service.
